The ATLS course was developed by the American College of Surgeons over 30 years ago and has now been adopted in over 50 countries worldwide. The ATLS Reverification course is aimed at doctors who have been involved in trauma care since completing their provider course and who wish to be updated on developments in major trauma management. On completion of the one day course doctors will be reverified for a further four years.
Bookings should only be made once the relevant application form has been completed and eligibility to attend the course has been verified. Doctors who have successfully completed an ATLS provider course within the last four years and who regularly manage severely injured trauma patients.
A highly interactive one day course comprising scenario based tutorials, group discussions, skills teaching and simulated patient management scenarios (moulage).
In the event that you need to cancel this course, the following terms and conditions apply:
Cancellation of course more than four weeks prior to commencement date, course fees will be refunded minus £50 administration fee. If you received any course materials these must be returned prior to any refund.
If there is an alternative date available for this course you may transfer your registration but an administrative fee of £50 will be charged to your card.
Cancellation within four weeks will result in a loss of fees. If there is another course available you may transfer but a £50 administrative fee will be charged to your card.
Cancellation within 7 days will accrue no refund or transfer except under very exceptional circumstances.
