Trainee Abstracts

 

YMTP Trainees are invited to submit an abstract for Poster presentation and also to be considered for Oral presentation.  All submitted abstracts will be compiled and published in a booklet available on the Conference Day.  Deadline for submission – 6pm, 16^th December 2014

 

Abstract forms can be found here , Please follow instructions on the abstract or we cannot accept yours for use!

Additional Notes/Fees

 

YMTP – This event is funded ONLY for YMTP Trainees, Senior Trainees and Consultants

NON-YMTP – A Registration Fee applies to External Candidates wishing to participate

CANCELLATION POLICY  In the event that you need to cancel this course, the following terms and conditions apply:

YMTP Trainees:  Late cancellation Fine of £80.00/day will apply if less than 5 days notice given, as with other teachings – Please let the YMTP office know if you can’t attend, as your place can be offered to someone else!

Fee Paying Doctors:

Cancellation of course 5 days prior to commencement date, course fees will be returned minus £20.00 administration fee.

Cancellation within 5 days will result in a loss of fees.
