The manager shadowing scheme ‘Walk In My Shoes’ has been launched!
This is a great opportunity to gain management experience. It is what it says on the tin – you shadow a manager – and this can be organised in a bespoke manner so you can get out of it what you wish.
The scheme is open to registrars, and we encourage reverse shadowing to take place too.
This can only be good in terms of breaking down those barriers and fostering a culture of empathy for our colleagues on ‘the other side’ of the organisation!
