| Synopsis: | ATLS student status lapses after four years, and it is recommended that this be renewed within six months of the date of expiry. The ATLS Reverification course is aimed at doctors who have been involved in trauma care since completing their provider course and who wish to be updated on developments in major trauma management. On completion of the one day course doctors will be reverified for a further four years. |
| Target Audience: | Doctors who have successfully completed an ATLS provider course within the last four years and who regularly manage severely injured trauma patients. |
| Format | A highly interactive course combining interactive tutorials, discussions, skills teaching and simulated patient management scenarios (moulage). |
