The NHS is constantly changing and change can often lead to uncertainty and high levels of stress. This course will explore how people react to change and the effects that change can have, A highly interactive course based around case studies and real life scenarios, delegates will leave with an increased knowledge of the change process and how to recognise the symptoms of stress before they take hold.
· List the 5 stages of change · Understand the impact that change can have on an individual. · Define stress and four ways it impacts on both personal and professional situations. · Understand the triggers associated with stress and name 8 warning signs. · Relay the six management standards required to support staff in the work place. |
