| Additional Information | In order to make the most of this half day course it is mandatory that you review and complete the pre-course materials - Questionnaire and Quiz - on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
Once you have attended the course you will need to complete the post-course materials in order to receive your attendance certificate. The course slides will be available for you to view once the course has been completed. Login details for the VLE will be forwarded to you approximately two weeks prior to the course by the course administrator. |

In the event you need to cancel this course, the following terms and conditions apply. Cancellation of course 30 days prior to commencement date, course fees will be returned minus £10.00 administration fee. If you receive any course materials these must be returned prior to any refund Cancellation within 30 days will result in a loss of fees If there is another course available, you may be able to transfer but a £10.00 administration fee will be charged to your card |
