This half-day course teaches theoretical and practical aspects of the Seldinger Chest Drain insertion. Chest drain insertion remains a core competency for doctors in emergency and acute medicine and yet training opportunities are limited. This course has been approved by Health Education England working across Yorkshire and the Humber and is recognised at hospitals throughout the region.
