MOET (Managing Obstetric Emergencies and Trauma) is a 2 day course comprising of lectures, skills stations, workshops and resuscitation simulations. It teaches the systematic approach to managing the seriously ill or injured pregnant patient and obstetric emergencies. The course is aimed at senior obstetric, anaesthetic and emergency medicine doctors. Observers from a midwifery or nursing background can also attend.
