Synopsis

The ATLS course was developed by the American College of Surgeons over 30 years ago and has now been adopted in over 50 countries worldwide. The ATLS Reverification course is aimed at doctors who have been involved in trauma care since completing their provider course and who wish to be updated on developments in trauma management. On successful completion of the one day course doctors will be reverified for a further four years.

Target Audience

Doctors who have successfully completed an ATLS provider course within the last four and a half years and who regularly manage trauma/severely injured patients.

Format

Highly interactive one day course comprising scenario based tutorials, group discussions, skills teaching and simulated patient management scenarios (moulage)

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel this course, the following terms and conditions apply.

• Cancellation of course Four weeks prior to commencement date, course fees will be returned minus £50.00 administration fee. If you received any course materials these must be returned prior to any refund.
• If there is an alternate date available for this course you may transfer your registration, but an administrative fee of £50.00 will be charged to your card.
• Cancellation within Four weeks will result in a loss of fees. If there is another course available, you may transfer but a £50.00 administrative fee will be charged to your card.
• Cancellation within seven days will accrue no refund or transfer except in very exceptional circumstances.
