Bedside Teaching Evaluation

As part of our ongoing process of evaluation, review and improvement we have introduced a simple feedback form to help us assess the bedside teaching you are recieving within the trust.

Any information provided on the form is treated in the strictest confidence. Teachers will receive the feedback given in the form of a standard report which does not contain any details referring to specific students.

The form is also used to monitor student attendance at the bedside teaching sessions and as such it is essential that these are completed for every teaching you attend.

We currently only require forms for the following sessions:

Bedside Teaching Sessions - SJUH

Bedside Teaching Sessions - LGI

.

We do not require forms for:

Teaching at other sites

Mental Health Teaching

Cancelled sessions
