Simbionix LAP Simulator®

The LAP Mentor multidisciplinary simulator that provides hands on practice of complete laparoscopic procedures as well as basic laparoscopic skills. The system is aimed at enhancing operational and medical decision making and improving laparoscopic skills. The simulator utilizes surgical instrumentation which enables practice on virtual laparoscopic tools that respond as in real life (with haptic sensations). It also offers a laparoscopic camera with a choice of 30º or 0º view.
