We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Maestro and Visa Electron (no cheques are accepted)

You receive a confirmation, receipt of payment and course details via email.

Please refer to the cancellation policy that is listed for each course. Note if a cancellation is received within the designated time a £50.00 administrative fee will still be retained.  If it is received after the designated time then there will be no refund provided,  In the event that you are able to transfer to an alternate course, your payment will be transferred to the new course.  If the price is not the same you will be charged or refunded the difference, but a £50.00 administration fee will be charged in addition to the price of the course for the transfer.

A receipt of payment will be sent to you via email as well as a confirmation email that you have been booked on to the course.

If you are unable to book onto the course of your choice, you will automatically be offered an alternate or similar course if there is one available.

If there are any pre-course material provided for the course you have booked on. This will be sent out to each attendee once confirmation of booking has been received.

Any course material will be handed out at registration on the first day of the course. Extra handouts may be given out during the duration of the course.

Programmes will be sent out to each attendee by email.

 Certificates of Attendance will be given out on the last day of the course.

 The course venue is listed on the details of the course and will be sent to you via email with confirmation of your booking.
