Synopsis

• Endometrial Polpy lecture
• Introduction to HYST SIM
• Transfer to Theatre for hands on experience of 6 cases of endometrial resection
• 1 case per delegate
• Monopolar and Bipolar electrosurgery
• Award of certificate of attendance

Target Audience

The Polyp Trainingh Days are open to YMTP ST4 Trainees or ATSM Hysteroscopic Surgery Trainee

Pre-Course requirements before a place can be confirmed:

It is essential that the delegates are offered an Honorary Contract to enable them to work at Bradford Hospital Trusts and to undertake exposure prone procedures whilst operating on our patients. Before we can offer delegates the contract we require the following documents to be submitted / emailed to Susan McGrath:-

1. A short CV
2. Evidence of current Hep B status to
3. Evidence of being already signed off as competent with diagnostic hysteroscopy
4. Evidence of employment at your hospital -  A confirmation letter from your consultant will suffice
